There is a Doula out there for all mums with different needs.

I offer 3 packages – a birth doula package, a postnatal doula package, and overnight sleep support.

Getting to know expectant mothers is incredibly important to me. Upon contacting me, we’ll arrange a free initial meeting.

Birth Doula Package:

Following your enquiry, we’ll arrange an appointment for an initial meeting. This meeting will be up to 45 minutes and will be relaxed. We’ll discuss:

  • Your birth wishes and needs
  • Your reasons for wanting a Doula
  • What you would like my role to be during birth

If your meeting transfers to a successful booking, we’ll schedule two antenatal visits, each lasting 2 hours.

  • I will provide useful tools for labour and birth, and we will discuss your wishes and any concerns
  • We will also discuss the path to birth and birth physiology
  • I will provide information for options you may be faced with so you can make informed decisions
  • We will cover practical topics such as pain management, massage techniques, breathing, getting to and from the hospital etc.
  • I will be on call for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • I will be with you from the moment you go into labour and request me to be with you.
  • Once you’ve birthed your baby, I will stay to help make you comfortable up until you feel confident for me to leave.

1x 2 hour postnatal visit will usually follow within 10 days of your birth. Here we will celebrate the birth of your baby, discuss your labour and answer any questions you may have around your birth and the early postnatal period.

Please contact me for price list and availability.

What mums have to say about Beloved Bundles

There are not enough words to express the thanks and gratitude for all of your help. Tara was always there to assist both physically and emotionally during our time of need. Having Tara present helped us to restore confidence in our abilities as parents as our family grew with the birth of our second child.
Kerri & Anthony, Hertfordshire
Tara was present for both of my daughter’s births. – One in hospital and one home birth. She helped comfort me so I could believe in my own body’s strengths and abilities to birth my children. She was friendly, reliable and reassuring at all times. I couldn’t recommend her enough.
